Our people, our methods
Our team of more than 600 employees is led by a Sales Director and around 20 Regional Representatives and supervisors. Each Representative is bound by a set of quantity and quality targets. He or she submits weekly and monthly reports, based on the sales visit schedule prepared by our CRM team in SAP® CRM.
Results and analyses
Turnover, local visits and new contacts made by our Representatives are analysed on a monthly basis against the targets set. These analyses are then published in online reports via Promoweb®, which is the dedicated monitoring platform for our partner laboratories, accessible by a confidential identifier.
